I am unable to swallow capsules and so have to let them dissolve in my mouth and chew them I have never experienced a more delicious probiotic. I am also very pleased with the comfort and non-bloat of my abdominal area.

I've been dealing with a lot of chronic illnesses so I was afraid to take a whole capsule at first. I started with one drop and kept doing that until the first capsule was gone. Then I took a whole capsule for the second one.
It gives me a euphoric feeling like I'm coming alive and gives me energy! I've been taking 3 a day because I know I've been so deficient! Sometimes I take 2 at one time. It has helped with easing up on constipation as well.
I love these Probiotics and hope to keep taking them! Praise the Lord! I'm so grateful that I gave them a try!
