I had an ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis flare up for the first time in over three years. I switched back to Natren 1, 2, 3 and, along with other supplements, I began my Gut Heal Protocol, which included my IBD remission diet. Within a week the flare up began to subside.
Lesson learned. Stick with Natren, stick to IBD remission diet guidelines at least 80% of the time, and never take the health of your gut, liver and gallbladder for granted!

I've been suffering from some kind of allergic reaction to something in my diet on top of a lifetime of managing Rosacea. My acupuncturist helped only so much.
