First off, The package came to me thawed. The box was wet, the dry ice was gone if it was there at all, and the gel packs had opened somehow with gel all over everything. Secondly, the product didn't do what I was hoping it would. I'm having a stomach issue and not an intestinal problem. I have no doubt that the probiotics are populating the intestinal tract and that the "gut" is working fine. Not my stomach. Waiting on an appointment with a gastroenterologist. Sorry I can't rave about your product.
