This product is excellent, and not the usual acidophilus or bifidus one can easily find in a supermarket. These are the beneficial organisms an infant receives from its mother in the first month of life, and is a foundation for good health. When my daughter called and said that our dog was sick, I knew from the description that this product would be essential in his recovery. I had it sent to her directly, with a note that it would be good for both of them, her and her dog. Happy to report that the pup is doing better.

I got this for my 2 year old who had to take antibiotics. But I also have been taking it myself, together with Kendamil formula as a source of HMO, bovine colostrum powder and potato starch as a resistant starch pre biotic. all of this combined has given me a noticeable boost in immunity, improved bowel and bladder movements, as well as a noticeable drop in body fat, despite eating worse than ever. but I believe the Bifido has been the key. Joel Green and Grant Fowler turned me onto Bifido Infantis to reboot the microbiom and I think this brand is the real deal! I plan to make Yogurt out of this strain, but will most definitely buy again. Very reasonably priced for what it is!

Have had severe IBS symptoms for several years that only responds to pancreatic enzyme replacement (VERY expensive) (without it am miserable and lose weight). I believe the Natren brand actually makes it past your stomach acid which I cannot say for other brands. I bought these for my grand baby as she is starting foods now and the probiotics are part of her first foods. I have been using natren life start for a couple years now. I was first introduced to natren at my local health food store and was advised to give these to my boys who all where all born c section. Every time they come down with a bug or fever I give them there dose and in no time they are better. Life start by natren is the best. I always make sure I have a bottle of it in the fridge.
