I like it. It's easy to give to my sons-1/2 teaspoon in water before breakfast. It seems like it is going really fast though. I don't know. For sure it is not hurting and may be helping. It's hard to tell with adult asd guys.

Works great for oral thrush. Mix a little unchilled filtered water with some powder to form a thick paste, spread it on your tounge and let it sit for a few minutes.....then swish it around for a few minutes and spit it out. Do that a few times a day. Works great....it will initially get worse as it's killing the thrush but that will subside and then it will get better.

This is an exceptional product. Other brands of probiotics have reliably caused bloating and nausea, but Natren is different -- no negative side effects, and rather immediate improvement of my GI symptoms. I'm looking forward to increasing my dosage and ultimately graduating on to Healthy Trinity capsules.
