I was put on an antibiotic for a surgery and knew I needed a really good probiotic to counter it. So far, I really like this product.

The healthy trinity along with the dairy free megadophilus powder cured my bad breath. Started taking 1 healthy trinity a day for a week then 2 for a week etc. I now take 6 a day and twice a day I mix the megadophilus powder with a tiny bit of unchilled filtered water until it's a thick paste......I spread it on my tounge and let it sit for a few minutes and then swish it around in my mouth for a few minutes........it's been 5 months so far and my tounge is 90% cleared up.....I used to have a white coating on it but now it is pink........I have a candida overgrowth which has caused several other symptoms along with bad breath....ive got a long ways to go to get rid of the overgrowth.......make sure you only drink unchilled filtered water with the healthy trinity pills......don't use tap water at all......don't even brush your teeth with it.....the chlorine and fluoride that is in tap water will kill the probiotics .......I switched to fluoride free tooth paste......get ready for die off symtpoms.....look it up.....get ready for the most random issues to arise as the probiotics kill the candida. Some of my symptoms have been.....dry peeling skin under my arms, joint pain, depression, anxiety, brain fog, and my tounge flared up and got worse before it got better.....basically as you experience bad things just know that it's bc of candida die off. Put a gap of at least an hour between coffee and the probiotics.....use filtered water to make your coffee.....I have also been on a candida diet for a year.....no sugar very low carbs and I stay away from food that has mold bc my symptoms flare up when I eat them.....for me that is brown rice peanuts and cashews.

This is the only probiotic which is helping me with my IBS. And I did try a lot of different ones. Natren trinity is the best.

Since taking Natren Healthy Trinity I have had no digestion or bowel problems. What's not to like?

I suffered from a messed up gut. Sometimes I had diarrhea that was uncontrollable. Sometimes, it was bad acid reflux. I had to travel with extra clothes and plan my trips around bathrooms. Now, I can travel more with less worry about bowel accidents.

I've been using Natren Healthy Trinity for over 8 years now. During that time, I have paused taking it for periods of time but always regret doing so and have finally just realized that I feel better (much) when taken consistently. Healthy Trinity has improved my digestion, and immune system. I rarely get sick but recently when I last did (hadn't been taking my Natren regularly) ended up having to take strong antibiotics for 14 days. In past I heard that taking probiotics while on antibiotics is a waste, I have recently heard there is benefit in taking simultaneously with antibiotics so I gave that a try and while it's hard to tell if it made a difference or not, I did recover quicker than expected and I've temporarily increased my dosage of Natren post antibotics. These are now 100% part of my everday routine. I seem to have far better results than anyone I know who tried other brands - Natren is really the best!

Love Product, only complaint I have is there needs to be 2 ice packs in box when shipped (Barely Cool) you used to do that. Please get back to that policy. We pay good money for your product and want it to arrive cold so we get a product that is not damaged by heat.
