Q. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

A. Yes. Alaska and Hawaii are included in our standard FREE 2nd day delivery, deliveries to Hawaii may take up to 3 days when shipped via this method. Q. Where is my order?

A. To see if your shipment is delayed due to a UPS Service delay in your area, please click here for more information. In order to ensure our probiotics are handled correctly during shipping, we only ship 2nd day orders Monday through Wednesday and Overnight orders Monday through Thursday in an effort to avoid weekend shipping delays and excess transit time. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday assuming it’s not a holiday.
